Janna Lutz Interiors has been a tastemaker in Chagrin Valley for over twenty years.  Established in Chagrin Falls in 1987, the company has experienced continued success designing for residences, offices, restaurants and independent retail locations.  Today Janna Lutz Interiors is contained within a strikingly beautiful retail store, Chestnut Hill Home, located in the heart of the Chagrin Falls shopping district.  Chestnut Hill Home demonstrates through its furniture and accessories the casually sophisticated style for which Janna has become known.

Ms. Lutz's desire to practice timeless design while enhancing each homeowner's personal style has resulted in stunning yet accessible residential interiors.  Her designs for select restaurants have been hailed for creating engaging interiors with well-developed personalities which expand the full dining experience.

Janna's design career began at the venerable Holzheimer Interiors (Cleveland, OH) where she assisted president Harry Holzheimer in predominantly commercial installations.  Apartment complexes, restaurants, country clubs and vacation resorts were among the widespread contract projects successfully completed during her time there.

Her keen interest in residential design led her to a position with Mildred Thomas and Co. (Shaker Heights, OH).  There she worked alongside Mildred and her daughter, Sandy White, creating interiors for some of the finest residences of Cleveland's eastern suburbs.  "Good design is forever" was a hallmark of the design disciplines practiced at Mildred Thomas & Co., a concept which is still embraced by Ms. Lutz today.

Janna Lutz Interiors and Chestnut Hill Home provide northeast Ohio with trend-setting home furnishings and innovative home remodeling concepts.  Ms. Lutz continues to be known for her breadth of experience, attention to detail, forthright attitude, dedication to quality and boundless personal service.  The unique designs generated by Janna Lutz Interiors range from period classic to twisted tradition and continue to support the firm's reputation as one of this area's favored interior design firms.
